Swift Current, SK – In the winding hours of the 2017 WHL Trade Deadline, the Broncos added depth to their blue line by sending a 2018 fifth round pick in the WHL Bantam Draft to the Portland Winterhawks in exchange for 1999-born defenceman Jake Hobson.
