Broncos Call-Up Top Prospect Logan Barlage

The Swift Current Broncos announced Monday afternoon that forward Logan Barlage has been called up from the SMHL and will suit up for the Broncos on Wednesday night when they host the Edmonton Oil Kings.

Barlage will make his WHL debut as the Broncos deal with a few injuries amongst its group of forwards. The native of Humboldt, SK has skated in seven games for the Prince Albert Mintos of the SMHL and has recorded 12 points (6g-6a) after skating in four pre-season contests with the Broncos, notching four points (1g-3a).

The 6’3, 190lb forward played for Team Saskatchewan at the 2016 Western Canada U16 Challenge Cup in Calgary, AB earlier this month and was named an all-star at the tournament.

The Broncos selected Barlage with the fourth overall pick in the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.
