Broncos Release Veteran Forward Arthur Miller

The Swift Current Broncos have released 20-year-old forward Arthur Miller on Tuesday as the 20-year-old cut off date for the 2017/18 season arrived on October 10th.

“It was an incredibly tough decision that was unavoidable but we have released Arthur Miller,” said Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel Manny Viveiros. “He came to camp with tremendous energy and gave it his all. We will miss him and certainly wish him all the best.”

Miller, a product of Regina, SK skated in 65 games for Swift Current last season, totalling 19 points (7g-12a) and 111 penalty minutes in 65 games. He additionally added two assists in two regular season contests this season before his release.

The Swift Current Broncos begin a three-game home stand Tuesday evening against the Lethbridge Hurricanes at the Innovation Credit Union I-Plex.
