Broncos Release Veteran Forward Tristen Elder

The Swift Current Broncos have released veteran forward Tristen Elder on Monday.

“The Broncos organization would like to thank Tristen Elder for everything he brought to the team, “said Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel Manny Viveiros. “We wish him all the best in future endeavours.”

Elder, an 18-year-old forward from Kinistino, SK, played 38 games last season with the Broncos, registering two assists and 15 penalty minutes. He additionally skated for the Broncos in four pre season games, recording nine penalty minutes.

The Swift Current Broncos open their 50th Season at home against the Saskatoon Blades on Friday evening at 7:00pm.
